1. Return Conditions

• Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.
• The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Specially produced or personalized products are not included in the return scope.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us via [email/phone/online form].
• You can return the product via the shipping company provided by us. The return shipping fee will be covered by the customer (however, in case of sending the wrong or damaged product, the shipping fee will be covered by our company).

3. Refund

• Once the returned product reaches us, the condition of the product will be examined and when the return is approved, a refund will be made within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
• If the returned product is defective or sent incorrectly, all return and shipping costs will be covered by our company.

4. Change

• If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service. The conditions in our return policy also apply to exchanges.
• If the product to be exchanged is not in stock, a refund will be made.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

• If you notice damage or defect after receiving the product, you must contact us within 48 hours.
• Returns and exchanges for damaged or defective products are free of charge.

6. Non-Returnable Products

7. Delivery Problems

• If your cargo arrives damaged, please notify the cargo officer at the time of delivery, have a report drawn up and contact us as soon as possible.

• You can do daily cleaning using warm water, liquid or cream detergent and a soft cloth.
• Your sink is resistant to 180°C, but avoid placing higher temperature pots and pans directly on it (the bottom of pots/pans taken off the hob can exceed 300°C).
• You can easily clean tea, coffee and fruit juice stains with liquid detergent and a wet cloth.
• Even though it is scratch-resistant, avoid using your sink as a cutting board.
• Using abrasives or metal cleaning cloths can sensitize the surface. Bleach can be used safely.
• Avoid chemicals with high solvent properties; these substances can cause permanent damage to the sink.

• Model Check: Check the model and packaging of your sink before installation. If it is the wrong model, do not install it, contact us.
